Chris M. Cobbs is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He leverages a high emotional intelligence against 15+ years of experience in special project management, message amplification, civic engagement, coalition building and problem solving to provide strategic guidance to: C-suite executives; execute large-scale events, campaigns, and expansion strategies for private/public/non-profit sector organizations.

Cobbs is a meticulously pragmatic logistics professional. His practical experience was garnered within major political and non-profit organizations, assuming critical business capacities – managing multimillion-dollar programs, developing operational plans, and a host of other responsibilities. Cobbs has been fortunate to employ his developed network and abilities to secure high profile consulting and speaking opportunities domestically and abroad.

Formerly, Deputy Director of Advance to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency – Cobbs was appointed to spearhead logistical execution and outreach efforts of bilateral meetings, ministerial negotiations, announcements, crisis response briefings and public appearances with staff and corporate, federal, state, local, tribal, international, and U.S. embassy officials – for EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy and her traveling delegation, on international and domestic trips. Cobbs notably executed key international missions to: Switzerland, Japan, United Arab Emirates, France, Peru, Mexico, and Rwanda – to carry out and amplify the Agency's significant environmental and public health objectives.

Cobbs has previously dedicated his energies to the 2016 Presidential Campaign of former Secretary Hillary R. Clinton, as Venue Operations Director for the 2016 Democratic National Convention (DNC) and Advance Lead. He also successfully served on the Convention, Election and Inauguration teams to the 44th President of the United States, Barack H. Obama — as the Director of Headquarters Operations for the 2012 Democratic National Convention and 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committees.

Cobbs holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
